" Hello, my name is Suzanne McCormick, I visited your showroom with my husband to change my Red convertible DS for another Citroen this time not knowing to buy the C3 or Aircross. We were introduced to Jamie Stratton and the journey began, he was absolutely amazing, professional and his knowledge was outstanding after many years working there, his passion for cars and his job was like it was his first day, he was so enthusiastic.
He really took on board all the requirements that I needed and he sold me a beautiful white 2019 Aircross. Often people are much too quick to send messages of disappointed or abuse but not often enough to praise so I wanted to tell you as a company how Jamie Stratton should be known for his fantastic knowledge and passion for the company he works for, he has a true bond with the philosophy of the company and founding members and absolutely involves himself with it all, honestly this guy was a pleasure to do business with.
To conclude I felt the need to write to you and tell you with great honesty that this guy was wonderful.
Be assured that we will return again to purchase from Hallidays and I know he will make many more customers like my husband and I very satisfied indeed.

I asked Jamie about getting a colour on the roof and wing mirrors and he said I could choose any colour and he would get it sorted for me. Car driven, colour sorted and I signed there and then for my new car. Jamie had also very kindly arranged to tax the car for me and a few days later I picked up my beautiful new C1, complete with custom roof colour.
